• Our teas are food products. Please check the ingredients on the pack if you have allergies or dietary needs.
• Product images are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly from what is shown.
• Brewing results can vary with water, milk, sugar and brewing time.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Offers such as the free 250g pack with a 1 KG pack, or the prepaid discount on 500g and 1 KG packs, are valid only while shown on the website and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We may change prices or offers at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

• You must give accurate name, phone, email and address details when ordering.
• We accept online payment through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking) and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders.
• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.
• We may refuse or cancel orders as described in our Cancellation Policy.

• Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or place fake or fraudulent orders.
• Reviews you post must be honest and must not contain offensive or unlawful content. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

The Shree Ganga Assam Tea name, logo, product images, text and design of this website belong to us. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
