Changed your mind? You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn't been shipped yet.
1. Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. There is no cancellation fee.
To cancel, contact us with your Order ID and registered phone number:

We will confirm the cancellation by phone, WhatsApp or email.
2. After the order has been dispatched
Once an order is shipped it can no longer be cancelled. You can check its status on the Track Order page.
- Prepaid orders: if you refuse the delivery, we will refund the product amount once the package returns to us. Shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.
- Cash on Delivery orders: please cancel before dispatch instead of refusing the delivery. Refused COD deliveries cost us two-way shipping, and repeated refusals may lead to Cash on Delivery being disabled for that phone number.
3. Refunds for cancelled orders
- Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch get a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery orders have nothing to refund, since no payment was taken.
4. Cancellations by us
We may cancel an order, with a full refund of any amount paid, if:
- The product is out of stock.
- Your pincode is not serviceable by our delivery partners.
- We could not reach you to confirm incomplete or incorrect address details.
- There is a pricing or technical error on the website.
- We suspect a fraudulent or unauthorised order.
We will always let you know if we cancel your order.
